ADMISSION PROCESS

        We believe it is essential to tour a facility to explore how well it meets your needs or those of your loved one. We are here to offer assistance with any questions you may have about our home. To learn more about our home and its services, or to arrange a personal tour, please contact our Community Relations Coordinator, Janet McCoy, at 660-699-2118.

 

       We will help you in providing explanation and answers during your check in and completion of the admission paperwork. Additionally, we will be with you every step of the way making sure you feel comfortable in getting to your room, knowing when meals are served, and taking advantage of the many services we offer.

 

Upon admission, our licensed nursing staff will begin developing a personal care plan. This plan will be monitored and modified as necessary throughout your stay, whether long, or short-term. Family and caregivers’ involvement in this process is highly recommended.

What to Expect

     Placing a loved one in a care facility can be a difficult decision. There are many things to consider. Our goal is to help you understand our admissions process and assist you in setting expectations for the stay.
